The aim of this series of pocket books on harassment-free workplaces, developed for the UNOPS Guatemala Office, was to raise awareness among construction workers about sexual and workplace harassment, and to promote safer, more respectful job sites across the country. These materials were designed to communicate essential information in a clear, accessible, and culturally relevant way, helping workers identify inappropriate behaviors, understand their rights, and contribute to a work environment where dignity and safety are prioritized.
